We are thrilled to be working with independent challenger brand CafePod Coffee Co. following a three-way pitch. See.Saw will promote the brand’s exciting relaunch, unveil a brand-new range inspired by some of the world’s most vibrant cities & help CafePod to disrupt the tired take-home coffee market in a bid to build a coffee “superbrand”.

The relaunch will see CafePod unveil a bold new identity, range extensions and a multi-channel marketing campaign throughout 2018. The company behind the UK’s first Nespresso machine compatible pods will evolve into beans and ground coffee across their entire range including their popular Livewire, Supercharger and Intense lines.

CafePod was founded in London in 2011 by two straight-talking South African entrepreneurs, Peter Grainger and Brent Hadfield, when they found the take-home coffee market to be staid and lacking in innovation. Fuelled by the desire to help consumers replicate their out-of-home coffee experience with at-home products, they embarked on a mission to revitalise the sector and launched the first Nespresso-compatible pod available in supermarkets. Fast forward to 2018, the company is now the supermarket leader in the category; in a sector it sets to shake up even further.

CafePod has demonstrated a true David & Goliath spirit since launching in 2011. Challenging the status quo and not being afraid to take on the big industry players is part of their DNA; something which we, as a boutique agency, especially admire and relate to.
